Are there any actual differences between "RAD Studio XE5 ISOs for registered users" and "RAD Studio XE5 ISOs for first time installs"?

If I use either one to install XE5 on a clean machine will I end up with a different configuration in any way?

They're the same. One is freely available and the other copy has registered user checking so it will show up on the registered user download page.
