Update 4 is now available for Delphi and C++Builder XE2. Update 4 for RadPHP XE2 is also available. Embarcadero Prism XE2 Update 5 is also available as of last week.

Where is the public ISO for Delphi XE 2 Update 4? I haven't installed Delphi XE 2 yet, so I'm not a registered user. Classic chicken and egg problem!
