We’re working on a SKU cleanup project that will be taking effect by early January. This will involve discontinuing part numbers for older product versions which can now be purchased as part of the latest XE versions.
The latest versions Delphi XE, C++Builder XE, Delphi Prism XE and RAD Studio XE include access to older versions at no extra charge.
After the change, if you need a copy of Delphi 2010, you’ll just purchase the latest version (Delphi XE) which includes free access to older version licenses and downloads including version 2010.
Here’s a list of what will be changing:

Note that XE “Academic” editions don’t include older version licenses so Academic older version licenses will still be available separately.
This change will mean the elimination of 922 SKUs which should make it significantly easier for people to find what they need when they’re making a purchase.

I imagine it is too much to hope that now you've simplified the SKU's it will make it easier to introduce "Standard" and/or "Community" editions.
People looking for those will still just be passed on to Visual Studio in the meantime.
Was it an oversight or a change...
RadPHP is missing from RAD Studio.
Gotta agree with Jolyon on this. Having a great product doesn't mean much if you can't get it into the hands of new users.
RadPHP XE is part of RAD Studio. There just aren't any SKUs being discontinued in that product family right now. We'll be keeping the older version Delphi for PHP 2.0 around for a while since you don't get a license for that free with XE.
BTW I'm not ignoring the other comments. I just can't talk about future products (or in this case product editions) until they're officially announced.
